The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on CellArt.com web site. Please read them carefully.
Ordering
The CellArt.com website allows consumers from most countries in the world to order on-line a selection of Wine Objects from CellArt, via the Internet. For each CellArt Wine Object selected on the CellArt.com website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the objects, the references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should ascertain that the information on the summary page accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to CellArt for processing.

Pricing, Delivery & Availability
All Wine Objects prices displayed are in USD and are exclusive of duty and delivery costs. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. We currently only accept advance payment in full to start the crafting of your Wine Object(s). We accept most credit cards. For all order over $15,000, we may accept payment by direct wire transfer; if you wish to pay your order by direct wire transfer, please email our Financial Departement. Your order shipping will be effective after after verification of your payment mode and the acknowledgment receipt of the debit of your bank account.
The shipment costs will be payable in addition to the price of the ordered Wine object(s), including applicable taxes of the country of delivery. Depending on the amount of your order and the delivery zone, your order may be eligible to CellArt’s complimentary shipping program, in that case, you could still be responsible for paying any local import duties.
CellArt’s complimentary shipping program:
US and Canada zones for all orders above 2,500 USD
Euro zone for all orders above 5,000 USD
Worldwide for all orders above 10,000 USD
Finely crafted in our Montreal near Atelier, each of CellArt’s Wine Objects takes between 8 and 12 weeks of fabrication process from order to delivery.
All Wine Objects are subject to their Limited Edition availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Products details
CellArt’s Wine Objects may have associated images, photos and/or videos. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative; colours as wood texture and grain may vary slightly from the crafted Wine Object ordered. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.

Authenticity
CellArt guarantee that all its Wine Objects are 100% genuine and Canadian crafted. The only way to assure the authenticity of a CellArt Wine object is by making your purchase through our official website CellArt.com.

Order Cancellation
Once your payment has proceeded and email of confirmation of order is received, you have, you have 72 hours to cancel your order, upon expiry of this period, CellArt artisans will start crafting your exclusive Wine Object. To cancel an order, you must send a cancellation order by email, by specifying the number of the order you want to cancel. You will then receive a confirmation email of your canceled order within 48 hours, and there will be no charge whatsoever. Total refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of the date of your cancellation order.
72 hours after the receipt of your order confirmation by a CellArt email, no cancellations will be accepted, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Restoration of your Wine Object
Our Wine Objects are individually crafted to order in our Montreal near Atelier by CellArt’s Master Artisans to the highest specifications and should provide you with many years of delight. While we do not provide warranty for our products, our team of artisans are able to respond to numerous repair and restoration requests. For an estimate and time period for the restoration of your Wine Object, we invite you to contact our Restoration Department by email or our Customer Service by telephone, our CellArt Client Advisor and no one other than our Atelier Manager will be pleased to assist you with an assessment.
Complimentary repair or alternate resolutions may be offered based on the specific assessment of your Wine Object if it displays an issue especially related to its fabrication.

Photos, images and videos copyright
All images, photos and videos on CellArt.com website are copyright protected, none of which may be reprinted, copied, reproduced or utilised in any form or by any electronic, mechanical, or other means, now or hereafter invented, including photocopying and recording, or in any information storage or retrieval system, without permission in writing from CellArt and/or the actual holder of any of the photos, images or video rights featuring on CellArt.com website.

At CellArt, we do everything in our power to protect your personal data, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from CellArt.com.

Your personal data will be stored on specially protected servers, only for business purposes, and will not be forwarded to third parties under any circumstances. CellArt website platform uses various tools to better understand your preferences and interests, including cookies to monitor and improve website operations and functionality. Such cookies do not contain any personal or financial information. They gather statistical data such as the average time spent on a particular content. This information provides insight to CellArt team to continuously improve the design, content, as your general navigation experience on CellArt website.
